Coordination and monitoring of the SR Analysis; accompany the analysis in content/detail
Review of the ASRI
Contact for realization team for conflicts during analysis
SRS and SAD Review & Sign off
Validation of the IA/FA Estimations Support the Estimation process & Attend to the Estimation Meeting
Coordination and monitoring of the SR Development accompany the Dev on story level but not code level eg velocity tracking, identify scross SR dependencies
Review of the story changes during development
Review of the ASAD
IFS Review and Sign off
Ensure the quality, time and budget for SR
Coordinate and execute the advanced Review meeting per Sprint & weekly internal SR Meeting
Check during analysis if the impacted Application Use Cases are mentioned and estimated (the update)
Check during the implementation if the Application use Cases are updated
Risk management for the SR (if necessary a risk register and status metings (eg like for OCS Basic, PCRF and Product Code)
