*CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER - IMPLEMENTATION - CPM - TETRA - ROLLOUT - PM - COORDINATION - QUALITY*
Key areas:
Implementation of regional meetings to build, web development and Net change measures in the operational phase
Implementation and coordination of technical Ortbegehungen with stakeholders
Monitoring and control of installations, integrations and commissioning of base stations at the site in the region ( including NETsite - Care), while the stakeholders coordination, creating milestone schedules,
Conduct status meetings and site visits, conducting emergency measures
assist in the evaluation of bids or the creation of retrieving to stakeholders
Monitoring and control of the parties at the site in the region
Collection of data and supply to the central quality management ( CCT )
legwork for centralized risk management ( CCT ) in relation to regional aspects
Support the further network development and network changes in the operating phase
Ensure knowledge transfer of experience from completed sections of the network or from past actions to network development and net changes in the operating phase
Representing the interests of the company Ericsson in the project, within the study group compared with the TÜV Rheinland and the final customer BDBOS
