Our international client in Munich runs a number of custom-built applications and services to support the daily activities of various teams and departments.The Windows Infrastructure Support team must have the general ability to gather and understand functional requirements and translate these into a technical solution as well as the ability to attend meetings and offer technical and logical input.
The requirement is to provide on-site support services for the engineering ( Build ) and operational ( Run ) elements of its Windows Infrastructure environment. In broad terms these can be summarised in the following four services:
