Contract Project: Pay Roll Analyst needed /Start: asap 12 months/NRWTask:
• Supports payroll operational components in support of the HR system implementation
• Leading the gathering and documentation (where not currently available) of all current state payroll operational processes
• Develops and manages operational payroll project plan
• Process Analysis – work with the local European payroll colleagues to understand new payroll processes and data to be implemented
• Evaluation of payroll components to ensure all of the payroll work streams are effectively integrated and executed
• Makes recommendations on design and delivery of the solution; works closely with IT, vendors and local payroll teams
• Impact Analysis
• Daily reports
Skill:
• Knowledge of payroll processing in EMEA including awareness/expertise of country differences and unique requirements
• Experience managing vendors to deliver per contractual obligations
• Generall payroll understanding
• Travel activites required
• Fluent English language skills required
• Teamplayer
