*Portland Resourcing are seeking for an Senior Organizational Change Manager for 3-9 months contract based in Berlin, Germany

Role:

People related change management expertise for a Full time assignment on organisational initiative. This initiative consists of several projects/initiatives such as:

*The definition of an integrated standard data model
*Selection of one single PDM, ERP and Maximo from our current instances to fit data model. De-customise.
*Consolidate, freeze and lock organisation systems of record, progressively deploy to sites and to new contracts.
*The Senior Change Manager is supposed to work closely with the CIO
*To identify all relevant stakeholders
*To ensure stakeholder engagement and alignment
*To set up the right level of communication.
*Special focus is on the executive stakeholders.
*Integration of the different Change Management initiatives across the IS Domains and with the different IS Domain Leaders is part of the role as well.

Task and Deliverables:

*Develop an overall integrated Change Management and Communication Plan across the different IS domains
*Support the Governance Structure
*Plan and support Executive Stakeholder Management
*Develop and execute Strategic Communication
*Stakeholder analysis and engagement across project
*Facilitation of workshops with Business representatives
*Change impact analysis

Requirements:

*Experience in business transformations involving enabling IS elements
*Extensive work experience on IT projects and in complex environments
*Proven track in change management expertise such as change management practices/tools, stakeholder management, training strategy, communication, organizational impact analysis
*Strong expertise in Strategic Stakeholder Management
*Strong Facilitation Skills
*International experience of at least 5 years, intercultural competence
*Good understanding of the Railway Industry business
*Good knowledge of Project Management best practices
*Ability to deal with broad audience from executives to project management and business users
*Ability to operate in a global, Matrix environment
*Positive and can-do attitude
*High customer service orientation
*High communication and presentation skills
*Business level English
