Task:? Methodical and operational support of Healthcare organizations regarding process modeling and visualization based on a corporate IT
? Technical migration of Healthcare Quality Management Systems (based on different systems) into the Healthcare Process Navigator
? Technical maintenance of Healthcare Quality Management Systems
? Support of an ARIS Infrastructure
? The migration, release and certification of Healthcare Quality Management Systems are required, based on the SIPEX. A Process Framework was defined and implemented to support the achievement of these objectives (top+ & CQM Circular No. ""Policy of Siemens Business Process Management"".
Requirements (Must have):
? EXPERT = MUST HAVE:
o ARIS Features and Script Deveopment
o ARIS Administration
o Process design/modeling Conventions
? ADVANCED = SHOULD HAVE:
o Windows
o LiveLink
o Change Process at Healthcare
o Process Managament
o BPM@Siemens / SIPEX
? BASIC = NICE TO HAVE (not relevant if delivered Profiles do not provide such skills)
o Java Script
o VB Script
? Strong communication and presentation skills => Ability to drive to results
? Fluent German language skills in spoken and written
? Very good English language skills in spoken and written
Environment/Miscellaneous:
Travel costs, if occurring should be settled separately (details in interviews)
