*CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER - MODERNIZATION - CPM - ROLLOUT - SWAP - PM - PLAN - QUALITY - REPORT*
Key areas:
Responsibility for central control and planning of network modernization projects in mobile communications
Pro- active customer management and customer satisfaction issues
Responsible for compliance with the contractual delivery obligations with regard to rollout the technology, and the achievement of the defined project objectives including an active risk management
Dimensioning and a docking required project organization, including the necessary resources, making use of existing structures as well as the subcontractor
schedules and scope of the project plan, define and monitors
Management of an interdisciplinary project teams and putting on the effective and meaningful reporting system
monitor and control the rollout budgets, schedules and quality of services provided.
Profile must have: Experience in the management of Radio - Rollout/Swap projects in the mobile sector
mobile market knowledge in Germany with regard to network operators and contractors
Good communication skills in the interaction with the project team and customers
Project management certification to international standards
