Task description:
* Consulting, management and support of Switches/Routers implementation and migration projects.
* Development and documenting of work instructions for implementation and operation of Switches/Routers.
* Planning and operation of DC LAN infrastructure incl. structured DC-LAN Pre-Cabling.
* Operating, managing, customizing and 2nd and 3rd level support of Switches/Routers.
* Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design developing and documenting in a small team.
* Resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management.
* Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or repeat incidents including root cause analysis.
Skills:
* Profound knowledge of Routers, Switches and related systems.
* Good knowledge in planning and operation of DC LAN infrastructure incl. structured DC-LAN Pre-Cabling.
* Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols.
* Several years of experience in project consulting and -support.
* Good communication skills in English and German.
