Task description:
* Consulting, management and support of the entire Firewall implementation and migration projects.
* Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design developing and documenting in a small team.
* Development and documenting of work instructions for implementation and operation of Firewalls.
* Adaption of policies (filters) to the client's requirements considering security, performance and functionality.
* Evaluation of upcoming security features and their usability for the customer.
* Operating and managing of Firewall and related tool.
* Monitoring and customizing of Firewalls.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of Firewall operational issues/incidents.
* Resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management.
Skills:
* Profound knowledge of Firewalls and related systems (Check Point, Cisco, Tufin).
* Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols.
* Several years of experience in project consulting and -support.
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
* Good communication skills in English and German.
