Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2472for a Business Analyst (f/m) in Business Management for Group Technology COO
Project environment
The candidate will support the Business Management of a global Swiss Bank in Group Technology COO, which designs, develops, and manages the key management processes for Group Technology. The COO office directly supports the Group CIO and manages processes across all divisions within Group Technology, working primarily with Stream IT COMs and enabling functions such as Finance.
Tasks
• Review and processing of Business Management data across various supporting tools.
• Business Management activities such as analyzing, evaluating and consolidating various data inputs to consolidated and homogenous formats.
• Tracking of processed requests along the predefined processes in systems and tools supporting the business management processes.
• Follow up and investigation in case of exceptions.
• Documenting as is processes and providing guidance or training.
• Supporting IT Streams in following the predefined processes and procedures as well as providing feedback on status of processed data.
• The candidate will be able to review procedures and provide feedback proposals for change or enhancement of Procedures.
• Creation of consolidated documents and spreadsheets, senior management presentations, Process Documentation and Training Materials.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience in a similar role.
• Work experience in the banking area would be a plus (in order to understand the content of the documents and provide qualitative feedback).
Soft skills
• Diplomatic Self-starter with a get things done attitude.
• Able to cope with a rough environment and to interact with stakeholders of all seniorities.
• Fluent in English and German (oral and written).
