Aufgabe:Carrying out overall support activities in a timely and reliable manner in the PC/Server LAN and Office area. Related to Workplace and Internal Systems with major focus on service quality to internal customers and comply high security.
? Support, administration and maintenance of LAN PC/Server Hardware and software
(Windows Server R2, Windows XP/WIN7, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory)
? Installation, administration and maintenance of LAN workstation Hardware and Software including PC application Software
? Installation, administration and support of LAN based and locally installed printing services including printer Hardware and Software
? Systems management design and implementation (backup and disaster recovery procedures and techniques)
? Evaluation of new LAN/PC technologies (HW and SW)
? Work unsupervised and manage projects as key contributor
? Monitoring and troubleshooting of LAN provided services and ensuring the availability of the LAN/Office services
? Support and handling of relevant Security activities (WSUS patch/fixes, Virus, etc.)
Anforderung:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Microsoft MCITP
- Good oral and written English is a must
? Good skills in LAN/PC HW and SW area (Windows server and workstation, Active Directory)
? Good knowledge of Intel based hardware platforms.
? Good knowledge in TCP/IP networking (Ethernet / WiFi)
? Good analytical and communication skills
? Strong user and customer service orientated in a multinational company
? Good player in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
? Knowledge of LAN switching technology (VLANs) and devices
? Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPs and Intranet/Internet services
? Knowledge of remote access tools and methods (Citrix, VPN etc)
? Knowledge of mobile device technologies (Blackberry, iOS, GSM) as beneficial
