BaaN/Infor LN ERP Project Manager German/English 6 months Germany (Stuttgart)
A company based in Germany is currently looking for a BaaN/Infor LN ERP Project Manager who speaks German and English.
Daily duties:
- In the context of the update of the old system and as a BaaN/Infor LN ERP project Manager you are in charge to coordinate successfully this project.
- You are in charge to implement more modules, coordinate and monitor the projects from initiation through delivery.
- You ensures that the projects remain on schedule and within budget
- As you have very good technical background and are hands-on you remain aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks.
- Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with a team of 15 people.
- You assigns/delegates work assignments to project team members and can be hands-on in the modules implementation if require.
- You understand very well the technical language and issue and you disseminate information on any problems or potential delays in a timely manner.
- You prepares project status reports on project progress and problems
- You evaluate and develop a project plan
- You keeps appropriate people informed of project progress, complete weekly Project Status Reports, Bi-Weekly dashboard reports, participate in weekly PM meetings and communicate appropriately with Executives
Skills:
- You have strong experience with ERP Project management and already manage an ERP update project.
- You have very strong technical skills with BaaN and Infor LN.
- You understand very well how to implement those modules and have a strong problem solving skills.
- You are fluent in GERMAN (Mandatory!) and English.
- You are available to start in September
