• Support of AM processes in the unit & unit manager
• Analysis of datasets
• Preparation of presentations
• Analysis of new processes and their introduction in the team
• Analysis and review of existing processes
• Monitoring of unit tasks
• Coordination of unit processes and tasks
• Communication within the organisation

Fachliche Qualifikation:
• SAP BW (7.x and higher) – intermediate
• SAP ERP (6.0 and higher) – basic
• DB (RMDB, HW, …)

Advantageous:
• QlikView, MS BI
• ITIL V3 Foundation certificate
• Experience with AM (SLAs, processes)
• Communication skills
• English: Fluent, German: Native
• Presentation skills
