On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Digital Manager Web Platform & Technology (m/f).- Manage ongoing technical, infrastructural and functional platform maintenance and optimisation (central development and market roll outs, agile development) for a) CMS, Backend/Tools, Databases, Hosting/Streaming, Domains, Tracking/Analytics, SEO, internal and external interfaces and b) Collaboration/project management/data exchange tools
- Manage ongoing technical, infrastructural and functional platform maintenance and optimisation (central development and market roll outs, agile development)
- Manage development/relaunch and roll out of automotive marketing, CRM, sales and aftersales tools
- Ensure technical stability and performance, QA, IT security and legal compliance
- Enhance customer experience on the platform and lead technological innovation in Europe
- Manage and control budget and central service providers
- Support, consult & govern EU markets on functional and technical requirements, projects and platform improvements
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, aftersales, HR, IT, markets) on projects and requirements
- Oversee ongoing testing, performance tracking and reporting
- Introduce and govern infrastructural, technical, functional and process improvements with service providers, markets and internal stakeholders and set up guidelines
- Longstanding experience in management and development of large internet and intranet systems and related functionalities in Automotive
- Solid experience in working in an international environment and with multiple interfaces (company departments & management, subsidiaries, internal and external service providers)
- 5+ years experience in project management,
2+ years experience with agile project management & development methods
