Tätigkeit:
For one of our clients from the banking sector in Berlin we are looking for a PMO (m/f). The main task involves the on-boarding and integration of new employees. Other tasks and responsibilities may include: generation of automated status reports, tracking and quality check of scope, milestones, deliverables, budget, risks, issues, benefit drivers, action items, etc., coordination and execution of regular program/project review meetings, regular communication and guidance of program directors and project managers regarding their program/project entries in Clarity, on the project portfolio sharepoint, related systems and processes (e.g. change process to existing project portfolio, etc.), acting as interface to overall program / project management teams, maintenance and enhancement of existing systems (e.g. sharepoint), reports and other documents (e.g. master lists, guidelines, etc.), support the yearly project planning cycle and further develop program / project portfolio management principles and framework by which IT security program directors / project managers shall operate, including set-up, governance, reporting, tool use and documentation standards. Required skills / experience: at least one year of experience working in an PMO, proven work experience and expertise in IT topics, proven track record of working in the financial services industry, experienced and able to work under pressure with multiple teams across the globe in various time zones, hereby handling multiple tasks in parallel, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, education to degree level or equivalent, excellent English skills (verbally and in writing), excellent German skills (mother tongue), excellent Excel and Sharepoint skills and preferably knowledge of Clarity or any other comparable program / project governance tools. Experience of program / project reporting to a variety of different audiences and understanding the difference in reporting requirements as well as experience in project portfolio management would be advantageous.
