Requirements:
Bilingual (German, English) hands-on application Support Engineer with system and DB administration skills. Has worked in the telecom industry and is familiar with telecom billing applications. Ready to also assume on-call support duties (outside working hours).

Application Support for a WEB-Application with connected RDBMS. The application is a telecom billing platform of a Danish software provider. The server is based on Windows OS. Part of the to be supported solution is a Citrix-Server, Firewall, Active Directory Server, Exchange-Server. As the scope of activities includes also the RDBMS, knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle 11g) is required. Main software components include Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Java-Application.
