Rolle des Beraters:
Project of monitoring Patrol
He will be part of Toulouse HPSAD Project Team managing BMC Monitoring Project activities.
He will operate the BMC Infrastructure as well as Monitoring deployment and troubleshooting.
Applicants will participate to Project Mgt and will work close and in relationship with Operation Team.
He will understand Production constraints and will be able to raise risks and secure BMC monitoring and infrastructure changes.
He will be involved into daily Operation and Project Mgt tasks.
The monitoring architecture is based into BMC Patrol Software using BPPM server solution (BMC ProActiveNet Performance Manager) version 9.0.
We monitor lot of different configuration Items:
• Servers (UX/Windows/Linux/VmWare) into differents OS SUN/AIX/HPUX/RedHat/SuSe/W2k3 to W2k8 (Physical and Virtual)
• Databases (Oracle/SQLServers) from Oracle 7 to Oracle 11g and SQLServer 2000 to 2008 R2.
• Applications (based by example into Websphere/ weblogic / Filenet / Windchil / Apache Tomcat / Siebel / Documentum / Iplanet / Siteminder and so on)
Expected skills:
• BPPM Version 9.0 (L3).
• BladeLogic. (L2)
• BO (L2).
• English (fluent)
• UX (L1/L2).
• Window (L1/L2).
• ITIL.
• Project Mgt.
Expected Strength:
• Customer Relationship.

Main Statement of Work during the mission.
• KM deployment .
• Adapt and maintain KM.
• Monitoring quality deployment review.
• Understand Monitoring configuration setup and events collection. (instances / DDA table / Agents / collects / IS and Adapters etc …).
• Troubleshoot monitoring deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot KM issues.
• Participate to client Monitoring Requirement definition.
