Role: IT Security Consultant (SIEM, BlueCoat)
Candidate should have worked on the below:
- Bluecoat Proxy
- Basic understanding of Gateway Level Content Filtering fundamentals
- Basic understanding of BlueCoat Proxy architecture
- Should be familiar with the BlueCoat Proxy GUI in order to support 24 X 7 operations
- Perform routine monitoring of the BlueCoat Proxy health First level of troubleshooting/resolution of incidents by following documented procedure
- Using the KEDB Follow-up/tracking of open incidents/changes for feedback/information Generating regular service and operational reports by following documented procedure
