SIEM Consultant Bluecoat Proxy Konstanz Germany.
A client requires a SIEM Consultant with strong experience in Bluecoat Proxy and also the following:
Bluecoat Proxy (ISS) - Basic understanding of Gateway Level Content Filtering fundamentals Basic understanding of Bluecoat Proxy architecture. Should be familiar with the Bluecoat Proxy GUI in order to support 24 X 7 operations. Perform routine monitoring of the Bluecoat Proxy health First level of troubleshooting/resolution of incidents by following documented procedure/s and using the KEDB. Follow-up/tracking of open incidents/changes for feedback/information. Generating regular service and operational reports by following documented procedure.
