IP Engineer - Eschborn/Germany
1 x IP Engineer (Eschborn, Germany) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is Germany (Eschborn). Fluent English and German languages and similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the network equipments operate effectively on a day to day basis
- Responsibility for day to day operational activities such as route configuration, Firewall configuration etc.
- Proactively monitor network systems to prevent failure
- Identify single points of failure and recovery plans
- Support the configuration and setup of new network equipmentsSuggest and make improvements to the network operating environment for performance improvements
Qualifications
- Good IP technical background (L2/L3 protocol, MPLS)
- Working experience for Cisco/ALU 7750
- Basic Knowledge about BRAS product
- Basic Knowledge about AAA/Tacars server
- Fluent German and English language
