Task:We need an additional resource for the Standardization & Automation team with in the Provisioning Operations organization for:
Risk/Issue Management
- Drive daily calls for open Risk/Issues for the Build team
- Drive daily calls for open Risk/Issues for the Design team
- Track open activity and act as focus point to have the team working on Risk/Issues
- Support with generic IT and process knowledge on resolving Risk/Issues
- Identify repeating Risk/Issues and raise an according Problem ticket
- Provide reporting on progress of Risk/Issue handling
- Evolve the process and tools used
Problem management
- Drive weekly Problem Management calls
- Manage additional calls on individual Problem tickets
- Track open activity and act as focus point to have the team working on Problems
- Support with generic IT and process knowledge on resolving Problems
- Drive external teams to support in solving the Problem
- Evolve the process and tools used
Requirements (Must have):
- Worked in larger corporations within the IT organization
- English a must in a international organization setup
- ITIL knowledge, mainly around setting up Incident and Problem Management
- Proven communication skills & abilities
- Resource should be ?self-sustained? and able to handle the day2day work mostly on their own
- Documentation skills towards day2day work; optional Process documentation skill
- Able to motivate people and challenge them to solve open topics
- Optional: Process development knowledge
- Optional: Project management skills are a plus
Environment/Miscellaneous:
The focus of the role should be on Risk/Issue and Problem Management.
