Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Netinstall Administrator, 3rd level client engineer (XP) (m/w)

Start: 1. Juli 2014
Laufzeit: 6 Monate (mit der Option auf weitere Verlängerungen)
Einsatzort: Hannover

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Overall: Responsible operations of software distribution environment (Netinstall V5) including
administration, monitoring and reporting services on expert & architect level.
• Tracking and performing approved changes in agreed SLAs for distribution and working on related
supporting activities within the Netinstall environment using the customer’s change-management
process.
• Implementing documented extensions and enhancements in the toolset (e.g. Netinstall-database,
support scripts).
• Operations of Netinstall patch management process for including 3rd level problems, incidents and
requests.
• Loading software, providing infrastructure support for servers and monitoring systems and network
within capacity management process.
• 2nd & 3rd Level support for all standard client related issues.
• Netinstall project-support & project lead services for the project.
• Ongoing reporting services. Ability to react quickly to ad hoc demands for report creation within short
time.
• Adhere the incident management processes including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and
input to problem management.
• Monitor SLA`s (tracking of error messages/trouble-tickets) within incident and problem management
process.
• Performing toolset release and change management.
• Documentation of processes, implementation scripts and services using appropriate templates and
documentation standards.
• Support and leading of desktop engineering activities for the standard CMO XP-client related to
Netinstall operations.
• Supplier leads on and proactively manages problem situations and tickets as defined in ITIL or customer
process documentation including root cause analysis, mitigation solution development and
implementation.
• Fulfillment of order management processes and service requests for customer.
• Supplier to perform end user briefings and training courses for specialist & technical domain topics.
• Supplier to perform HP operations team briefing and training courses and supports in all activities to
establish an operational distributed work model with operations team.
• Perform and support to operational acceptance processes.
• Lead management of projects or sub-projects in national and international context in English and
German language.
• Attendance to operational and project meetings.
• Develop and maintain excellent working and communication relationships with internal and external
customers.
