Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2445for a IT Business Analyst (f/m) in Client Onboarding Process Area
Project environment
In a major program change project in a global Swiss Bank, a Business Analyst analyses any business related processes that include banking, organizational, application related and other operational processes and procedures and develops proposals for change or enhancement.
Tasks
• Current state assessment and analysis of the assumptions & rules of the program, in order to determine the future state / required solutions of the program.
• Information gathering activities such as surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data.
• Process and Business requirements documentation regarding actual and target state.
• Recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans.
• Assisting in implementations.
• Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management.
• Coordinating the work of more junior analysts.
Requirements
• Independent operator with strong BA skills.
• Experiences in Solution Design.
• Experiences in the areas Investment Banking & Wealth Management are an advantage.
Soft skills
• Good communication skills, able to interact with stakeholders all over the globe.
• Proactive and very structured work-style.
• Fluent in English (oral and written), German is a big advantage.
