Hello,One of my clients in Belgium is looking for two Service Desk Agents (1x Junior 1x Senior).
A Service Desk Support Analyst provides a single point of contact for a customer’s IT problems and enquiries. They need to work to tight deadlines, handle a large number of calls or e-mails, and find solutions to help make a difference to our customers.
Your work schedule is within Belgian Business Hours (7:00-19:00). Morning, day or evening shift.

Duration: 3 Months with view to extension
Rate: Market Rate
Languages: English and French or Dutch (Big Bonus)
Location: Belgium
