for an IT Project Management Officer (PMO) (w/m)



Project environment

The candidate will work in the Market Risk / Treasury team of a Transformation Program for the Risk Area in a global Swiss Bank.

Tasks

• Run the Project Office.
• Project / Program administration and monitoring.
• Organization of team meetings / workshop logistics.
• Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation.
• Coordination between the work streams of the program (e.g. Credit Risk).
• Leverage work across the program.
• Communication with Stakeholders.
• Communicate with the involved Consultants, in order to guarantee the transparency what is being delivered.

Key Deliverables

• Project plan creation and maintenance.
• Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control.
• Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Independently come up with the right structures, in order to run the project office.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in Risk Management (especially Risk Control) is an advantage.
