For our customer in Sweden we are currently seeking for an SAP IS-U Senior Functional Consultant within the utilities industry with good knowledge of Swedish utility market regulations (Svensk Elmarknad) and business practices. More specifically within the area of technical master data, settlement and supplier switch.
You will be part of a project/maintenance team and should be able to work together with the business to understand their requirements, and translate them into efficient and clear functional and technical specifications/designs using accepted configuration and development practices. You also need basic management skills to manage developers through the realisation of the specifications and are also responsible to conduct regression-, integration- and system tests.
Your qualification:
- Deep knowledge and experience in the following areas: Metering, Supplier switch, Settlement, Marketing Communication, Energy Data Management, SAP Notification, Workflow
- Deep knowledge about Technical Master Data setup in IS-U
- Ability to, based on specified requirements, identify the system areas involved and be able to describe the necessary changes, independent of technical solution
- Ability to analyze ABAP in order to identify problem areas and solve incidents
- Ability to analyze business requirements, needs and objectives, and map them to best practices as embodied in SAP IS-U
- Ability to translate the business requirements into specific process improvements along with identifying any/all measurable benefits
- Information technology experience: Problem Definition, Requirement Specification, System Architecture, System Design, Customization, Integration and Testing, Production Cutover and Support
- Good interpersonal skills (Ability to work well in a team consisting of functional consultants, developers and business people)
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Good communication skills in both speech and writing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP IS-U
- Fluent in English
