Senior ITSM, BMC Consultant - BMC Specialist
An Enterprise fast growing organisation based in Berlin in the Transportation area is searching for a Senior ITSM Consultant wit expertise in BMC.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities:
- Service Management including processes and underlying ITSM technology (BMC Remedy certified).
- BMC AR System - Administration.
- BMC Remedy ITSM Suite - Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change configuration.
- BMC Atrium Configuration management configurations.
- CMDB Knowledge.
Requirements:
- ITSM Experience.
- BMC Certified Administrator (BMC Remedy AR System, Version 7.
- ITIL Certified.
- Stakeholder Management.
- English speaking.
