For our client in the automotive suppliers industry we are currently looking for a Software Project Manager for a Powertrain ECU.

Tasks:
- Software Project Management, ie software development and resources in close cooperation with our customer (OEM), our mechatronic System Development Team and our internal and external suppliers. Continuous tracking and reporting on project status.
- Directly manage the Application software team which is in charge of:
o Requirements capture and analysis including creation of target requirements specification.
o Development of application specific software, eg diagnostics software, safety monitoring functions and application specific Basic Software extensions
o Integration and release of the complete software, eg integration of Function software (controls) and Basic software with Application SW and integration of software with ECU hardware.
- Ensure software product quality
- Main contact person for our customer (OEM) and Software suppliers on all software matters. Participation in customer and supplier meetings.
- Support integration of software into mechatronic powertrain system vehicle, ie active management of technical and organizational interfaces to our subsystems (eg function SW, mechatronics, E/E)
Required skills:
- Long Time Experience in Software Project Management for Embedded Software in Automotive ECUs, preferably in powertrain or chassis applications.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with customers and suppliers
- Proven communication, teamwork and organizational talents
- Hunger for continuous learning growth, and curiosity
- Good English and German language skills (reading and writing)
- Willingness to do occasional business trips
