To support a customer project, we are looking for a C++ developer for Network Performance Test Systems(m/f) featuring the below stated skills and experience:Your Tasks:
- Design and develop test software and applications for TCP/IP multimedia applications
- Work with an existing C++ codebase and extend its capabilities
- Formulate system-testing procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of the developed software
Your Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Communications Engineering (or similar work experience to make up for it)
- At least four years# experience and proficiency with:
-- C/C++, in-depth knowledge of Windows platforms
-- TCP/IP and related technologies
- Coding best practices, software testing, version control
- Self-direction with strong analysis, debugging, and communication skills
- Very good english speaking/writing skills
Recommended:
- Scripting proficiency (e.g. Python)
- Experience in development or testing of IP related protocols in a cellular environment
- Basic knowledge of the lower layers protocols (MAC) of LTE
- Basic knowledge of the H.264 encoding standard
- Usage of IBM Rational Team Concert
