for an IT Project Manager / Regional Lead of Switzerland (f/m)


Project environment: A global Swiss Bank.

Scope:

Own the plan and benefits for all regional Operation & Services (O&S) organisations, providing the key interface back to the regional IT teams.

Tasks:

• Develop, maintain & own the region’s Project Plan for Process Excellence (PEX) / Transition to Hubs:
• Gather process steps and pre-work activity from process owners to integrate to local plan.
• Ensure local work / CTB dependencies are planned around.
• Own the Benefit Plan:
• Must track current plans for people, replacements, hires, attrition etc.
• Must forecast future profile that aligns to business case.
• Own the Region weekly Status Report:
• Resolve top issues / risks etc.
• Escalate issues / risks to Regional Manager / Program Manager as required.
• Be the PEX Wave Regional Coordinator with a focus on:
• An advocate for the process within the region. Coordinate local Organization Change Management activities to explain what / why / how.
• Help support the PEX Continuous Improvement function in Switzerland.
• Ensuring Process & Tasks are documented and fit well into the global blueprint.
• Efficiencies are consistent for the region and implementable.
• New operational procedures are aligned to the planned Operating Model.
• Maintain the Operating Level KPIs that will measure performance before, during and after PEX: Measure / monitor / report monthly to program Sponsors.
• O&S Transformation Regional Interface:
• Act as issue focal point and run regular reviews with each of the in-region Program Sponsors.
• Act as focal point for local PMO activities.
• Manage the Benefits Realization process for the Program.
• Provide PMO support to the wider Industrialization Program in Switzerland.
• Team Interaction:
• Matrix lead to Process Stream staff and to in Region SMEs.
• Part time use of Program Office Regional Project Coordinator.

• Status Reports

Requirements:

• Core Project Management skills.
• Project Financial management and tracking experience (in order to develop and track benefit plans).
• Strong Communication skills, able to interact with Senior Management and Stakeholders.
