Campaign Management : Onshore Locally Hired German Speaking Business Analyst B3 The Business Analyst would be responsible for managing all business requirements related to Campaign Management part of the CRM Factory for A1 Telekom.Experience of working on Teradata Resource Manager and Infor Epipheny is desired for this roleThe candidate should also have worked on JIRA and other requirement definition tools -Telecom CRM -BI/DW -Telecom Campaign Management Sound Experience in managing requirements related to customer communications (internal and external) with respect to the Telecom industry.Requirement Gathering, Documentation of Solution requirements,Scoping UAT Test Case Scenarios and supporting E2E Acceptance testing for the the sprintWorking knowledge of C# and .NET would be an added advantage
