Customer Information Management Onshore Locally Hired German Speaking Architect C1 8+ Years of experience in Legacy technologies like PL1 IBM Mainframe.Should have strong Telecom domain knowledge in the CRM space for mobility and enterprise telco offerings Telecom CRM Overall lead for the CRM Customer Information Management FactoryWorks in the setup phase to establish the deliverables and process for requirements and system designResponsible to ensure removal of duplicate functionality across CRM systemsParticipate in Change control board and perform impact analysis for the architecture change request.Enables transition of all the CRM factories and works closely with the transition manager (during 0-6 months)Work with the IT PMO group to define architecture process for all phasesCreate a framework for traceability of requirements across the architectureSkill and Experience Details:
