Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- coordination of IT deployment
- ticket administration
- BCP Planning and IT lifecycle management
- coordination between resources and different teams
It is essential to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in Level 1 Help Desk Support
- Ability to execute physical and virtual devices into data centre environments
- Time management skills and effective at multi tasking
- Comfortable with escalations and pressure environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
