SENIOR/LEAD RF & OPTIMIZATION SWAP - GERMANY
We have Senior RF Optimization positions available, must have excellent knowledge of KPI definition, counters, dimensioning and tuning. Also 2G-3G-LTE Pre/post swap KPI acceptance for customer hand over. Strong LTE knowledge is a must, preferably with Ericsson RBS 6000.
Preferably should speak fluent German, currently live in Germany, or have notable experience of German networks.
Available location is Dusseldorf, with some travel to other regional offices.
- Leading project team/senior member of the team for reaching acceptance KPIs and project success.
- Communicating with customer as an interface of RF team and maintaining good working relationship with offshore teams.
- Technical communication and clarification (eg RF parameters workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
- Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.
- Training and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Support project management team.
- Help in establishing technical processes.
- Multi vendors experience is appreciated (Ericsson, NSN, Siemens, Huawei).
- Team management skills.
- Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) Degree
- Experience in RF planning and optimization for the last 10 years.
- Cell Planning, analysis, frequency planning, KPI tuning, dimensioning
- EDOS, TEMS, TMS, SQL, G13, W13
- Experience in 2G/3G/LTE swap project as Senior RF engineer/team leader.
- Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies.
- Team spirit and good intercultural/interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driving license in Germany
- Fluent in German and English.
