In-House IT Recruiter NO NEW Business Frankfurt Germany
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter/Researcher in IT environment on contracting basis, but permanent role possible. Some of your tasks will be e-recruitment (Job boards and associated databases) social media, networking, referral (solicitation and management), headhunting as well as Hands on sourcing, Participation in EMEA wide recruitment projects, support of recruitment demand planning in partnership with practice management etc.
the following candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Degree level education or equivalent experience (Ideally IT Technology/IT related)
- Must speak fluent English and German - any other language capability is a plus
- Several years experience with a strong track record of delivery within Technology recruitment gained in-house functions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or Microsoft recruitment markets with any managed service/outsourced services and CRM recruitment experience beneficial
- Success in developing and managing broad stakeholder and customer relationships.
- Experience of sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidate through direct recruiting channels - research, networking, advertising etc.
- Experience of utilizing either in-house or external research support is beneficial.
