BMC Remedy Senior IT Service Management Consultant - Germany - URGENT
My client based in Germany are urgently looking for an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Contract consultant to plan and deliver an urgent project. This is a superb opportunity to work in Berlin, one of Europe's most vibrant places to work for a Global Organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- BMC AR System - Administration
- BMC Remedy ITSM Suite - Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change configuration
- BMC Atrium Configuration management configurations
Key Skills & Experience:
- ITIL V3 certified (foundation at least)
- BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Remedy AR System >= version 7
- Analytical approach
- Can coordinate stakeholders in complex environment
