My customer is urgently looking for a senior Second Line IT technician/Support lead to be based in Munich, Germany.
The ideal candidate must have extensive second line support experience on the following technology:
REMEDY ITSM BMC
Experience of supporting Windows business applications and Linux/Unix environments will also be a bonus.
The successful IT consultant must speak fluent German and fluent English also.
This is a 3 month role that will extend to 6 months, paying market rates.
