A global technology services consultancy business is looking to secure the services of an experienced, professional and Test Analyst to join their expanding team due to project deliverables required for one of their Top Tier 1 client based in Germany.

Role: Quality Center Test Analyst
Location: Frankfurt/Germany
Contract: 6months +
Rate: Euros pd
Experience: 3+ years
Positions: 2

Qualifications:

Experience in QC Administration, Migration and Customization
Experience VB Scripting (and any additional Scripting languages)
Experience in SQL/MySQL/Oracle
3+ years in MS Excel Report Development - Pivot tables, implementing complex formulas, macros knowledge, vlookups, and charts
Excellent analytical, presentation and organization skills
Experience in Documenting processes
Experience in Training internal and external users
Strong communication skills
Ability to individually drive initiatives
Strong understanding of QA processes and methodologies, SDLC and STLC
Strong background in QA Testing Activities - Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management etc.
Expert knowledge and experience collecting and deriving IT metrics and KPIs

Major Activities:
Ensure the availability, health and administration of the Quality Center application
Troubleshoot both user and application issues with Quality Center
Perform general user administration; modify work flow and other project customization
Perform administrative maintenance of the Servers where Quality Center is deployed and lead Quality Center upgrades and patches
See that ticket work requests related to Quality Center administration are completed
Troubleshoot user issues with Quality Center
Troubleshoot application issues with Quality Center
Maintain up-to-date user lists
Update group permissions for users
Audit queues/groups for correctness
Implement process updates
Integrate 3rd party tools with QC (JIRA, SolMan, Automation Tools)
