Senior ITSM Consultant - BMC Specialist
An Enterprise fast growing organisation based in Berlin in the Transportation area is searching for a Senior ITSM Consultant wit expertise in BMC.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities:
Service Management including processes and underlying ITSM technology (BMC Remedy certified).
BMC AR System - Administration.
BMC Remedy ITSM Suite - Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change configuration.
BMC Atrium Configuration management configurations.
Requirements:
ITSM Experience.
BMC Certified Administrator (BMC Remedy AR System, Version 7.
ITIL Certified.
Stakeholder Management.
English speaking
