Responsibilities:
The Systems Admin (Wallet Solutions) role is crucial in the production of Mobile Applications and TSM. They will be responsible for providing on-call support for production applications, which will involve working closely with Client Services teams to resolve issues.
You will be the main point of call, so will be responsible for conducting daily system checks, responding to any alerts and then resolving and analysing the root cause of the issue. You will then need to present your findings in daily meetings, providing a detailed analysis.
Role:
This role is working with a global Mobile Giant, specifically on their NFC mobile wallet and loyalty, couponing project. You will be working with Group IT and multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be willing to work with the team and help maintain and groundbreaking mobile enterprise application.
The ideal candidate will be analytical in their approach, possessing the ability to provide solutions to issues. This is a fast-paced role involving the management of multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Experience working with Unix/Open Source Shell Scripting (KSH, CSH, BASH, Perl, Ruby, SSH) and SQL of Oracle DB
- Smartcard and SIM/USIM product knowledge; over the air Smartcard experience is extremely advantageous
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience providing technical production support
- Must have a background in the success of product roadmaps, product launches and will have managed products in a software or service-orientated organisation.
- Background working on large scale mobile product projects including but not limited to; NFC, Secure Element, OTA (Over The Air), Mobile Payments, Mobile Ecosystem
- Experience and knowledge in Global Platform card and messaging specifications
- Experience in mobile payments processing, card provisioning, card personalization and payments network
