Beschreibung
- The process consultant develops with stakeholders and different teams processes according to the agreed scope- For publication of processes he/she uses defined working tools of the CID Process Office department
- Existing processes are reviewed by the consultant and improved according to findings (improvement proposals) of the organization
- Lead process definition activities leveraging industry best practices (e.g. ITIL)
- Design & document processes according to the IT Process Office documentation standards
- Standardize IT processes and support process deployment activities
- Applying lean principles, identify and reduce waste in processes
- Organize workshop and achieve results in an independent and competent way
- Good ITIL know how
- Sound understanding of infrastructure technology and/or hosting
