For our Client in Berlin we´re looking for an IT Project Manager for a tool implementation (f/m)
In scope is the implementation of a request management tool being the front-end for all employees.
Following global processes and tools will be implemented:
Catalog and Request Management
Order and Financial Management
Asset & License Compliance Management
Contract Management
Task:
Being responsible for all stages of complex, multinational IT projects from the planning, execution and delivery to project closure; ensuring that the project is delivered within the planned time frame, scope and budget
Managing large project teams including external partners at multiple locations
Managing, submitting and presenting all project documentation ensuring appropriate approvals
Developing detailed project plans and establishing the required tracking and reporting for timelines and budgets
Evaluating risks and ensuring highest quality during the entire duration of the project as well as managing issues and risks as they occur
Running project steering committees, responding appropriately to all questions and queries through a thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements, and how these translate to IT priorities
Maintaining effective relationships and managing expectations of third parties such as key stakeholders and clients at various levels within the business and IT
Managing all impacts that affect the project in terms of costs, schedules, deliverables, quality and resources
Qualification:
Strong focus and experience on technical IT related project (Software Implementations).
Industry recognized project management certification (PMP/PMI/Prince 2).
Experienced in projects related to request management tools.
Experience of working with multiple third party vendors across different countries and cultures.
Track record of planning and delivering large and complex projects, preferably on an international level with budget accountability of up to 2 Million Euros.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Goal-oriented, with an ability to quickly build multiple cross-border relationships.
Open to frequent international travel.
Fluency in English, German would be beneficial.
