Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir im Rahmen einer freiberuflichen Mitarbeit in Mainz für Ende Juni Support Software Management Assistance (w/m).Ihre Aufgaben/Task:
- Software packaging and distribution (SCCM) specialist 3rd level desktop support
- Provide consulting for a department and customer related to user device support
- Demand evaluation, coordination of the 3rd level desktop support team
- Attendance to customer F2F meetings in case of escalation or consulting requirement
- Provide incident and problem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks
- Act as an escalation for troubleshooting of end user and device related issues troubleshoot failures
Ihre Skills/Requirements:
- Deep knowledge in MSI, Scripting VBS, supporting Microsoft OS and Applications
- Knowledge of analytical toolsets
- Problem management experience
- High level knowledge of network and registry
- Knowledge of customer environment and processes
- 5 years experience in IT support/service industry
- Understanding of Windows client platforms
- Knowledge of crash dump analysis
- Good understanding of Active Directory, OU Structures and Group Policies
