Site Quality Auditor/QA Audit ./Quality Auditor
Tangent are looking for Telecommunication Site Auditors to work in Germany (German speakers)
The Site Quality Audit Expert has to secure quality standards during the implementation phase in accordance with customer's directives. He acts as supervisor to ASP Teams within a special project.
Tasks and responsibilities
2.1 Key tasks and responsibilities
- teach the ASP Teams to get an understanding of the quality standards expected
- teach ASP Teams ( Installers) to fulfil technical requirements (SW & HW)
- perform practical approval for certification of ASP staff
- support ASP Teams on site regarding technical issues
- Perform workmanship audits and site acceptance regarding technical requirements and project specifications
- Report workmanship Audit results and acceptance documents in required manner into Ericsson database (SH; QASIS)
- Regional SPOC to ASP Teams regarding technical queries
- Regional SPOC to internal Project Interfaces at Ericsson (Integration Team; Backoffice; Quality Manager)
- Instruct ASP Teams regarding technical requirements
- Escalation of incidents regarding insufficient quality of ASP staff to project management
- Escalation of incidents regarding a great breach of the OHS rules to OHS responsible authorities and to project management
- Dispose ASP Teams from sites in case of disregarding of OHS rules by ASP staff
4 Interfaces The internal Interfaces and communication of the Site Quality Audit Expert are internal project members who are involved in quality issues, especially Quality Manager, Installation Coordinator (RPC) and Backoffice members. The external interfaces are ASP team leaders and installers and SPOCs to assigned subcontractors.
Potential performance measurements
Results of workmanship audits are measured as Quality Index .
Role requirements 6.1 Qualifications & experience
Required skills are:
- Long-term experience in the area of Network Rollout und Field Services
- Good knowledge regarding activities during installation of telecommunication network elements and the components on site: (BTS RBS 6000;Microwave Components; antenna installation)
- Basic knowledge in the field of quality management is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of safety rules to work as field technician (eg work at height)
- Fulfill safety requirements to work at height
- Electrically qualified person
- Good ability to communicate to installer teams
- Good German language, written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within project area
- European driver's license for passenger car (PKW)
6.2 IS/IT tools and access
Tools to install, integrate and verify RBS 6000 Products; MS Office, Site Handler, QASIS DB
6.3 Competence requirements
Competence requirements are expressed in the Competence Profiles for the Functional Role.

6.4 Additional Requirements
- Own mobile phone/Smart phone (with SIM card) to get access to one of network provider within Germany (eg Vodafone; T-Mobile; E-Plus; O2)
- European driver's license for passenger car (PKW)
- Own passenger car (PKW)
- Own personal protective equipment according national rules/requirements
- Own digital camera to document results of acceptance/audits
- Own notebook/tablet PC
- Own set of tools to perform acceptance/audits or support service for ASP on site
