Support Analyst Change Management - Contract/Munich - English speaking Business environment
Essential skills:
- ITIL certified
- Experience with ITIL processes, especially Change Management and Configuration Management
- Understand the importance of change records in an operational environment
- Analytical skills in order to investigate trends within the change community
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Desirable skills:
- Writing SQL queries (Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQLite) is an advantage, but not mandatory
Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the Change Management Group with the quality verification of our Client's change records as well as supporting the initiatives to improve the Change Management process.
