Wanted: Developer Python, Perl, XML/Configuration Manager
What exactly are we looking for?
Support the Configuration Management team with the development of Service Model creation scripts:
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Python and Perl Scripting languages- Experience in XML
- Understands the value of keeping projects on time and within budget
- Experience with Data Integration best practices and a proven data integration methodology
- Writing SQL queries (Oracle 10g, MySQL, SQLite)
- Utilizing SOAP interfaces to retrieve data- Programming experience to hand
-code Data Integration scripts, with the goal in mind to later migrate to an ETL tool like Talend
- Experience with Atrium CMDB is an advantage, but not necessary
- Experience with an ETL tool like Talend is an advantage, but not necessary
The task is to query various internal data sources in order to create service model relationships, which will be imported through XML upload files into our CMDB.
