Task:Software packaging and distribution (SCCM) Specialist 3rd Level Desktop support
Provides consulting for Account team and Customer related to user device support
Demand evaluation, Coordination of the 3rd Level desktop support team
Attendance to customer F2F meetings in case of escalation or consulting requirement
Provides incident and problmem management support and proactively identify the shortcomings and provide solutions for sustained and predictable delivery of operational tasks
Act as an escalation for troubleshooting of end user and device related issues troubleshoot failures
Requirements (Must have):
Deep knowledge in MSI, Scripting VBS, supporting Microsoft OS and Applications
Analytical skills and knowledge of analytical toolsets
Problem management experience
High level knowledge of network, registry
Knowledge of customer environment and processes
5 years over all experience in IT support/service industry
Understanding of Windows client platforms
Knowledge of crash dump analysis
Good understanding of Active Directory, OU Structures and Group Policies
