Beschreibung
Task:Provide technical expertise on SPP in the preparation and the execution of the move of the actual SPP/uPerform production environment to another physical server (AS IS (cloning) or Fresh Install + DB import).
One workshop to answer questions prior to the move about uPerform reaction on certain changes at OS-Level and Structure of the Application -Technical support during the move for the test move -Technical support during the move of the SPP/uPerform production environment
SPP environment in preparation and execution of the server move
SPP Server move into new hardware environment (Cloning or Fresh Install)
Provide assistance to the HP team to update SPP/uPerform installation parameters (if AS IS Cloning) or
perform a new installation of uPerform version 4.3 in the new environment and attach
the moved database (if fresh Install)
Provide assistance and support for the Test Move
Provide assistance and support for the final cut over (Assist with loading the latest version of uPerform databases to ensure the latest data
in the new environment before the cut-over)
Perform testing and validation of the new production environment
Environment/Miscellaneous:
-Duration: 3 days for first environment to relocate
-Delivery date : ASAP before end of April
