Aufgabe:Role
Verifies current mode of operation of virtualized customer IT and WAN connection. Creates a feasibility study and translates into a future mode of operation based on the current HP cloud solution.
Responsibility
- Consults with the Project Manager and Account to define the scope and identify solution requirements.
- Writes high-level solution descriptions. Ensures that the solution design and architecture is accurately reflected in plans for: Due Diligence + Transition + Transformation, including the evolution of the delivery model.
- Collaborates with the customer engineers, other HP Solution Architects to develop an overall solution.
- Develops and delivers presentations on technical solutions to customer stakeholders and technical personnel.
- Screens and escalates design and architecture issues, as required.

Anforderung:
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or electrical engineering.
- Five or more years experience in technical solution design for complex IT environments
- Broad technical knowledge across multi-platform (UNIX, NT, Linux), multi-vendor (VAX, Sun, HP) operating environments, including data centers and distributed computing environments.
- Proven written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to cope with pressures of peak workloads, short deadlines
