Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Netzwerk Solution Architekt (m/w) Network Services.
Aufgaben/Umfeld:
Network services:
- Consulting, management and support of Switches/Routers implementation and migration projects
- Development and documenting of work instructions for implementation and operation of Switches/Routers
- Planning and operation of DC LAN infrastructure incl structured DC-LAN Pre-Cabling
- Operating, managing and customizing of Switches/Routers
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of Switches/Routers
- Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design developing and documenting in a small team
- Supplier should adhere to Incident Management Processes in relation to technical domain including the resolution of trouble tickets, reporting and input to Problem Management.
- Supplier to assist in Management of Problem tickets in relation to multiple or repeat incidents including root cause analysis
- Implementation of approved changes as per schedule within agreed SLA and in agreement with customers
Required Skills
- Profound knowledge of Routers, Switches and related systems in large heterogeneous environments
- Good knowledge in planning and operation of DC LAN infrastructure incl structured DC-LAN Pre-Cabling
- Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Routing Protocols
- Capacity for analytical thinking
- Structured and reliable working methods
- High level communication skills
- Customer orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Several years of experience in project consulting and –support
- Good written and spoken English
- Die Kandidaten sollten zudem Kenntnisse der Technologien Crossbeam und Tippingpoint mitbringen.
